Jen is a skilled non-profit financial executive with extensive experience in financial management and executive leadership. With an innovative and flexible approach, Jen creates operational efficiencies in the functions of finance and accounting, budgeting, and internal controls.
Most recently, Jen served as Senior Vice President, Finance & Operations for Best Buddies International. Over the course of her 17-year tenure, Jen oversaw the organization’s growth from $15 million in annual revenues and 22 locations to $45 million in annual revenues and 46 locations. Throughout this growth, Jen has been responsible for implementing processes and systems created to ensure consistency across departments and locations, and to drive accountability and performance.

Jen is outcome driven with a co-active approach: supportive, cooperative, and accountable. She is an exceptional team builder and promotes cross-departmental collaboration to engage in long-term strategic financial planning. Embodying both strategic leadership and mentorship, Jen played a leading role in guiding the change management process.
